StreamClan Training Clearing

First topic message reminder :


A clearing just outside of the river surrounding StreamClan's camp, used for training apprentices in battle.

Burntglare flicked his tail, somewhat worried now that he saw the apprentice's yawn. Have I worked Cloverpaw too hard? he wondered, flattening an ear. It had only been a few sunrises, but already Burntglare was feeling protective over the young cat. "You feeling tired?" he questioned Cloverpaw, looking down at him and twitching his whiskers in an attempt to hide his mild concern. "We've done a good amount of training so far. But I wouldn't want to push you too hard, because we've got just as much to do next sunrise. How about we head back to camp and grab some fresh-kill, then rest up for the morning?"

PoppyLight nodded. "It'd be good to get some rest and freshen up. There's always tomorrow."
"Of course, no apprentice can learn how to fight and hunt fully in a few hours of learning."
Lashing her tail, she licked a paw and smiled at Cloverpaw.

"Okay!" CLover paw smiled and flicked his tail. "I guess I could use a meal. What are we doing tomorrow? Hunting? Fighting?" He flattened his ear slightly hoping he wouldn't have to get moss for elders.

"Hm, well," said Burntglare thoughtfully, tilting his head in contemplation. "I suppose we'll get on with hunting. It'd do you well to get to know the territory a bit better, too," he said, stifling a yawn as he turned towards the direction of StreamClan's camp. "Come on . . . let's get back to camp. You can get first pick from the fresh-kill pile, since you've done so well today."

"Yay! Thank you!" He jumped happily up and down two times then placed his feet firmly on the ground again. "Let's go to the camp, then." he bounded off into the camp.
